Very happy with the service/repair! Colton came out as scheduled, had to make a return visit for parts and did not charge extra service fee. Rob was very friendly and clear and concise over the phone and texts. I would highly recommend Welcome Home!

From the start Rob made us feel very comfortable and listened to what we wanted and found us exactly what we wanted. The day of installation will probably be the hottest day of the year! Our installer Joe was super professional in lettering me know what he need moved around so he could work. He was a true craftsman, from putting up the new rails and cutting and fitting the rubber door seal perfectly. He then made sure all our car openers worked and our new remote he installed perfectly on the outside. Once that was done he showed what little but important maintenance the door needed to keep the door working at its best. He then cleaned the door on the inside and out. 5 Stat service!

Rob is great to work with. Excellent customer service! The motor went out on my opener, Colten was there within 24 hours, worked with my home warranty company and I had a new opener installed in an hour. He was polite and efficient. When I had technical issues trying to work with the app on my phone, he offered to come back and help make sure everything was set up correctly. I will use them in the future and recommend them highly!
